Delete your Farmket account
Farmket is operated by Mohamed Tharik. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information by email. You do not need to install the app, sign in or own a farm to start this request.
How to request deletion
- Email support@farmket.in with the subject Farmket account deletion request.
- Include your Farmket account phone number with country code, or account email, and state that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. Mention any farm workspace you belong to so we can identify shared records.
- Support will verify your identity and handle the request manually. Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment secrets or unnecessary identity documents.
- After identity verification, we will complete deletion from active records within 30 days and confirm the result, explaining any lawful retained information.
If the button does not open your email app, send an email directly to support@farmket.in using any email service. You may also record a request through Settings → Privacy & data inside Farmket.
What is deleted or retained?
Deletion covers your authentication account and associated personal information in account, Market, uploaded-file and workspace records. Shared business records may require ownership handover, removal of personal details or anonymisation rather than deleting other members' information.
Specific financial, dispute, fraud-prevention or security information may be retained only for a necessary lawful purpose. We will explain the categories, reason and applicable period to you. Provider logs and backups follow their applicable retention processes and may not disappear immediately. Copies on your device or already shared with others are not automatically erased.
Creating a request or marking its status completed does not itself delete data; support must carry out the deletion. Uninstalling Farmket is not an account-deletion request.
